Someone I may or may not know cut the ‘art’ out of another one of their banners (around the corner from this sign) and gave it to his lover for Valentine’s Day. It was very well received.

You should see the other side of this sign, where there appears a funny-looking old bloke walking out of a building with a pair of greyhounds on leads. Yes, that was a pair of greyhounds. Greyhounds in a flat?!?! Not exactly the kind of household I’d be wanting to share an apartment complex with! (but then I guess povo phd students like me aren’t the target audience…)
